报告人简介:

吴子岳博士,无锡鸣石峻致医疗科技有限公司创始人。2015年博士毕业于南加州大学(导师:Krishna Nayak),主要研究方向为磁共振快速成像方法。博士期间获得过多项重要荣誉,包括 ISMRM W.S. Moore Young Investigator Award (磁共振领域青年类最高奖),Wallace H. Coulter Foundation最具临床转化价值奖,Grodins Graduate Award (南加大生物医学类最高奖),南加大BME最佳博士论文,ISMRM summa cum laude award, Phi Kappa Phi Fellow等。博士毕业后加入奥泰医疗,历任资深科学家,主任科学家,首席科学家,临床应用研发总监等职。并同时担任四川省特聘专家(2016四川省千人计划最年轻入选者),成都市特聘专家,四川省千人计划评审委员会成员,四川大学客座教授等社会任职。同时还担任磁共振领域最主要权威期刊MRM, JMRI, NMR Biomed, MRI, MAGMA等的审稿人。2019年创立鸣石峻致医疗科技,致力于针对医疗细分市场的定制化便携式低场磁共振系统的研发,并成功获得千万级天使轮投资。

 

报告内容简介:

Research in conventional clinical MR has been focused on improving MR’s sensitivity to “see more”, including spatiotemporal resolution, tissue contrasts, and functional information. This almost always requires high cost associated with strong and homogeneous B0 fields, high-performance gradients, as well as siting and operation. In addition to acknowledge the clear benefits achieved in this direction, it is equally important to consider the cost-effectiveness of MR technology. In many cases, it does not take a high quality image to meet the diagnostic needs and the application-tailored portable MR devices that “see less” are fully capable of the jobs with significant cost reduction and accessibility extension.

 

In this talk, principles and methods to alleviate the challenges that are unique to low-cost and portable MR will be introduced. Existing exemplary applications both inside and outside healthcare will also be discussed.
