The afternoon of July 2, Fit( Faculty of Information Technology) organized the seminar about Earth Observation of "863"Program and Navigation Technology field of “The twelfth Five-year Plan” in the 3rd Conference Room, the Yuquan Campus Administration Building. More than 30 experts and professors from Department of Optical Engineering, Information Science and Electronic Engineering, Control Science and Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Science, Faculty of Agricultural Engineering, The Sci-Tec Academy of ZJU attended the seminar.
Professor Liu Xu, the director of FIT, presided at the Seminar. Professor Bao Hujun, an expert of Earth observation and navigation technology, gave a brief introduction on this topic firstly. The participant conducted in-depth discussions around the topic. The seminar has achieved good effectiveness. Finally, Professor Liu Xu suggested finding the interdisciplinary point with a broader and higher perspective, and focus on the proposals of key projects.
