The project has established a complete and effective system of whole process optimization, process development and implementation of operating system, proposed a system-wide modeling for the optimal operation of industrial processes, developed special advanced process control and optimization technology, industrial process performance monitoring and assessment techniques, the whole process operation optimization technology, visual modeling software, special advanced control and optimization software, industrial process performance evaluation software with independent intellectual property rights to run complete process optimization process industries, software and systems, and completed three typical process industry optimal operations, and four demonstration applications of complicated units optimization technology, with comprehensive energy-saving more than 1 per cent, and significant economic and social benefits.
