Electric Power Locale Data Collection and Management Technology with Wireless Communications QoS Mechanism and Intelligent Diagnosis Capability

    By researching the network communications quality of service (QoS), this project has overcome the bottleneck problems such as the limited bandwidth of mobile wireless network e.g. GSM, GPRS and CDMA, and the large amount of wireless communications points for electric power locale monitoring. The project has solved several key technology problems in the previous products, such as the high data communications failure rate, the real-time collection data incompleteness, and the lack of system intelligent analysis and management capability. In this project, the high-reliable electric power data remote communications system and the embedded system locale data collection terminals have been developed successfully. The technology such as Ethernet, Bluetooth, PDA and Power Line Carrier have been utilized to fulfill the locale regional electricity meter data collection, verification, and intelligent monitoring. Based on the data warehouse and data fusion technology, this project has provided an advanced electric power locale data collection and remote wireless communications system data intelligent analysis and diagnosis management technique for the electric power industry. The series of software and hardware products derived from this project have been widely applied, and the level of power supply quality intelligent management technology in the electric power industry has been increased remarkably.
