During the Youth Day, Young professor association “Baichuan Forum” accessed FIT. Bao Hujun and Qiu Limin were invited to give speeches about the growth of young teachers and the construction of team. Rong Gang, the vice director of FIT, took the position as a host. Liu Xu and other leaders discussed about the growth of young teachers and the construction of team with the young teachers.
Firstly, Prof. Bao Hujun gave report titled as” The growth of and the support for the young talents”. His speech unfolded from his own experience and his words expressed his concern and expectation.
Secondly, Prof. Qiu Limin started from the development of his team and shared the experience in the process of team construction. The humanistic concern “love” impressed the audiences.
In addition, the young teachers, Pan Gang from the College of Computer Science and Technology, Hu Huizhu from the Optic Engineering and Xu Chao from Dept. of Control Science and Engineering, put forward their own views based on their own experiences.
After the speeches of the teachers, Prof. Liu Xu gave high appraisal to the speeches. He said that the young teachers are the future of the faculty. He hoped the young teachers to be better in the scientific research.
