The design team from CCST of ZJU (Prof. Sun Lingyun/Researcher Wang Guanyun) participated in international interdisciplinary cooperation and jointly designed a seed carrier E-seed that can drill soil spontaneously, suitable for aerial seeding in areas that are difficult for humans to enter. E-seed will provide new ideas for agricultural seeding, vegetation planting, environmental testing, and ecological restoration. This research achievement has been published as a cover article in the top international journal Nature on February 16, 2023. Wang Guanyun, a special researcher from CCST, is the co-corresponding author of the paper.
