On the afternoon of January 16, the annual summary meeting of ZJU Yuquan Forum was held at the Innovation Valley in Lingyin Street. This exchange meeting combines the annual summary of the forum, the recognition and award ceremony of the Artificial Intelligence Innovation Valley, and the sharing of cutting-edge technology, creating a collision of sparks. The event was jointly organized by the Yuquan Campus Management Committee, the FIT of ZJU, and the ZJU Artificial Intelligence Innovation Valley. Gu Yulin, member of the Discipline Exchange Program Committee of Yuquan Campus and director of the Yuquan Management Committee, presided over the summary meeting agenda.
Prof.Li Erping, the first chairman of the Program Committee, gave the first speech. He introduced the background of the forum, affirmed the significance of the forum in promoting interdisciplinary integration and exchange, and put forward the expectation of further promoting the Elegance, Quality, and Development forum.
Chen Qunfang, Secretary General of the Program Committee, reviewed in detail the wonderful events of the Yuquan Forum in the past year, summarized the forum's achievements, and looked forward to the activities in 2026. As an important platform for interdisciplinary studies in the campus, with the strong support of rotating units in various colleges in Yuquan campus, the Yuquan Forum has focused on cutting-edge issues such as the intersection of medicine, engineering, and information technology, AI empowerment, and conducted 10 high-level exchange activities through a rotating mechanism. It has become an important link in consolidating consensus on the development of Yuquan campus disciplines.
In the cutting-edge sharing session, Prof. Wang Jing deeply interpreted the development process of IC lithography technology, Researcher Li Shuo focused on sharing breakthroughs in autonomous drone racing technology, and alumni Liu Jianbina's Oufang Angel Founder analyzed the innovation paradigm of ZJU from investment perspective. The three informative sharing sessions provided intellectual inspiration for the guests.
During the forum event, Innovation Valley presented various types of honor awards for the year 2025, mainly including: 4 digital economy pioneer enterprises, 5 intelligent and innovative new enterprises, 4 industry university research model project teams, and 7 new seedling enterprises for achievement transformation.
The annual summary meeting of Yuquan Forum not only broadened our horizons, but also provided a source of vitality for Innovation Valley to promote the two-way integration of academic leadership and industrial landing.
More than 70 people, including the Yuquan Campus Program Committee, young scholars, and representatives from the Innovation Valley industry, participated in the event.
